The Graphics Exchange by John Maclean and available from Roger Wagner
Publishing has four tools which convert PICT format graphics to any other
format supported by TGE.

Admittedly, the formats are:
288x171 grey scale
288x360 grey scale
576x342 mono
576x720 mono

However, it HAS been done :)
