IIe resources for a newbie

I collect legacy computer systems from the early 80's, and a friend walked
in to the office today and offered me a complete IIe for $10, so of course
I said, "sure!"  Last time I used a IIe (or any apple for that matter) was
when I was about 10 years old.  I think I did some Logo junk in school,
and I played Karateka once or twice at a friend's house.  The rest of the
time I was playing games on C=64 or Atari 2600.

Aaaaaanyway...  I need to start learning about the IIe, and web sites with
information such as system documentation, how to get new software
(download? network?), etc, etc, etc, would be really helpful.... HELP! <g>

So I'll be plugging it in and seeing the wonderful basic system sans cool
stuff, so if anybody feels like giving some starting suggestions, have at!
