A good place to start is http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics.
Log onto this site, click "Apple II" then "Hard Drives"...for $59, you
can buy a hard drive for the IIe (plugs into slot 7) called the Focus.
Alltech includes the OS and plenty of freewares and sharewares.
After that, if you still want more software, you can download it at
http://ground.isca.uiowa.edu/ the ground ftp server.
The Apple II can accept SVGA now, check out the Second Sight
card at http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems.
