You would need to get permission not only from the publisher but also from
the author of every article for at least some of these publications (some
bought all copyright, some left copyright with the author and only bought
first serial rights). Might be tricky, but perhaps doable with a
concerted effort. I'm fairly sure II Alive, for example, bought all
rights, though it's been so long since I was involved with that project
that I'm not 100% sure anymore.
