When announcements are cheap and easy to make, but few actually
deliver on their promises, people just ignore you until things are
actually completed. Stop the "cheerleading" and mindless posts in
support of something and actually DO work. Then things'll happen.

I dug this up with Deja-News.

Since you've seen so many "vaporware" products talked about, maybe you
have some good ideas for hardware.

See....I've overcome a major obstacle in getting new Apple II hardware
created....I know someone who will produce the boards.

I'm not saying it will definitely happen, but if everyone would input
their ideas, maybe we could in fact create an upgrade for the IIgs.

Please go to the site:

http://members.wbs.net/homepages/m/y/n/mynameisme712.html

Check it out. Post to the message board your ideas and thoughts. What
do you think is a good idea? What ideas that you see posted do you NOT
like, and why?

This is a project that needs to be worked on by all IIgs users. The end
product is for people that use the IIgs computer, is it not?

I think I am doing more than "cheerleading". Maybe you should do more
than _complaining_ about "cheerleading", and give us your ideas!

If people ignore the fact that the project needs their input, then the
finished product will not be what they want.
