Really Dumb question.

I turned on my IIGS for the first time in about 5 years today, and
installed an 80 meg Hard Drive.  The problem is I can't get the system
to boot from that drive.  I know it can be done, because when I had a HD
on the system before it was the boot drive, but I cannot for the life of
me figure it out.  I get the error "Cannot load gs.os" or something like
that when I try to boot from the HD.  I have system 6.0 installed on the
HD,(6.0.1 tomorrow)  and I used the installer to do it.  What silly
thing am I doing wrong or what have I forgotten to do?  The drive is an
apple rom SCSI 80 meg on SCSI ID 0.
