card, but it worked before.  Yes, I installed the drivers, both on the drive
and on
disk.  I can write and read it, but not boot from it.  I'm almost positive it's
something obvious that I'm missing.

The Apple SCSI Rev. B card is not compatable with GSOS. You need to replace 
the ROM chip with the Rev. C ROM.
