but I don't see anything "crass" about it!
Frankly, "we've been closed for some time" implies to me that you are
out of business. If you meant something else, you should have said
something else.
The good news about all of this is that csa IS interested in your
success, and the (incorrect) news of your demise was BAD news for us.
