What is Berzerk? An Apple IIGS game?!?

I would split the whole debate. Correct is, when Nathan says that Asimov
is a pirate site, because they don't have copyright to most of the
software
(I guess).
But then what software is it?
If it is out-of-print software, I wouldn't make a fuss about it.
What is bad is if that software is still being sold by people like Joe
Kohn,
or other Apple II vendors. I agree with Nathan that piracy is piracy
regardless
of the object being pirated, but I would focus on the more important
things.
With the current "status" of the Apple II, it is irrational to believe
that if
the old, abandoned software would draw back developers of any kind.
More important is that the few remaining developers are being paid, or,
at least,
being told that they do a good job or whatever, to keep them happy so
that they
continue making software.
I think this is quite simple to understand and (I believe) has been told
a
thousand times on c.s.a2 before.
Finally, the fact that this discussion is about piracy and Asimov has
simply to
do with that nothing is going on in the II world. Or, it is too slow be
noticed.
