Booting Problems with Platinum IIe & CF Microdrive

I have a Platinum IIe and a Microdrive with a 128MB CF card from
Reactive Micro.  When I boot the machine I get seemingly random
results, with only some of the time it booting into Prodos properly
(meaning I see the volume listing).

I booted the machine 13 times and got the following results:
First Boot: Relocation/Configuration Error
CTRL-OpenApple-Reset: OK
2nd ": Relocation/Configuration Error
3rd ": Hangs at ProDOS "splash screen"
4th: Goes to Volume List but isn't correct (PRODOS reads as PRO__ S)
5th: Breaks into assembler @ 62EC
6th: *** UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS ***
7th: Breaks into assembler @ 1A02
8th: OK
9th: Hangs at -- RAMFast IDE Card -- screen
10th: Relocation/Configuration Error
11th: Relocation/Configuration Error
12th: *** UNABLE TO LOAD PRODOS ***
13th: Relocation/Configuration Error

I ran a self diagnostic a number of times and always got a "System OK"
message.  I also reformatted my CF card and restored the orginal
Microdrive volume.

Can someone help me?  And if CSA2 is no longer the main place to get
help can you point me to any other forums where I can seek help?
