That is something to consider. Still, if you obtain the rights to
ROM-01 and ROM-03 code and Apple II hardware, you do not own the rights
to the current Mac OS. If necessary, this could be spelled out in any
agreement.
The "Apple II" name would need to be ours, too; but, probably,
there would be a condition that the "Apple" part could not be used to
name any II upgrades, new machines, etc..
