     Without a schematic, it is hard to zero in on anything. Some 'usual
supects' are ...


o The Horizontal Output power transistor has shorted.

o The power-up SCR (if there is one) has shorted.
  
o An input capacitor is shorted.


     A SAMs Photo-Facts for the monitor would include a schmatic and
some trouble shooting hints for blown fuses.
