Well, not exactly, but it looks like Roger no longer owns the company.
RW publishing & Hyperstudio have been purchased by giant conglomerate 
Cendant, under Cendant software, whcih also owns Sierra On-Line, Davidson & 
Associates, Blizzard Entertainment and Knowledge Adventure......
