     The original Limited Edition IIgs's with Woz's signature on the
case are often referred to as "Woz GS's". Naturally, the Limited Edition
"Woz" case cover is highly prized.

     These machines came with an older ROM and, sometimes, a slightly
defective Video Graphics Controller IC. Most Woz GS's were upgraded to
ROM-01 via a free ROM and VGC swap-in at Apple dealers.
