But what would we accomplish with this? Let's say we want to improve the Apple
IIGS hardware. We don't need to own the rights to the Apple IIGS, just make
new cards and hardware for it. We could even buy a bunch of Apple IIGSs and
retrofit them with the new hardware. The only thing I'm not sur of is weather
we can legally make Apple IIGS compatibles and sell them. I'd be willing to do
anything in my power, but I still don't fully understand what this would accomplish.
And, anyway, isn't what we're trying to save the software? Can't we do that
with Bernie and future IIGS emulators, or am I somehow missing the point?
