The line is too fine for that. I would assume, like Nathan, all
other softwares that are not reclassified are still copyrighted by their
respective author(s)/company/publisher, until the day they are
reclassified.
Of course, a piece of software shouldn't be assumed re-classified
just because it is not supported. You, of course, can't argue the basis
that some programs just would not work because you do not have the
hardware for it, e.g. PC-Transporter v1.5, Apple CD Setup, FutureSound ..
I wouldn't be interested in doing up a 'blacklist' since
considerably it will take up too much time on research. I prefer to
concentrate on tracking down reclassified software |8)
