That's the right spirit! I couldn't have said it better.

In fact, the only people who are losing money are the PC manufacturers
and the few programmers whose desire to act like crazy jerks is still
greater than the desire to make money with the IIgs and to be nice to
others. So don't be surprised if exactly these people have the most
aggressive behaviour in csa2.

I don't agree with that. Serial numbers can be found, code can be removed
and passwords can be broken. In fact, heavy copy-protection will only
scare the end user (ever typed in a batch of 20 4D licenses? That comes
very close to Vogon Poetry :) and furthermore it will lead to another
protector/deprotector vicious circle.
Personally, I count more on the power of love, kindness and persuasion.
The most people are good and will understand the cause.
