     The new site does seem to be 'in and out' depending upon when and
how one connects. (Actually, SiFan reports recent OFF periods for
A2-Delphi, too-- so it may just be problems with the net.)  Anyway, I
just tried 

ftp://apple:applesite@obsessed.ml.org/d%3A/apple/

and had no problems navigating, opening folders, and getting to a Save
window under Netscape 4.x.
