     It appears that you told DSK2FILE to overwrite approximately 140k
worth of the starting blocks of the disk volume named "MAIN". This was
not a good idea.

     There _seems_ to be a chance of recovering some files using
ProSel-16 utilities, especially if you do not mind piecing together
files for which directory information no longer exists. Perhaps, at
least, ProSel-16 can help you avoid the need to save the contents of
your hard disk and do a complete reformat-- i.e. you may be able to wipe
and reuse /MAIN.
