     Someone here certainly can. You could supply more details-- such as
kind of computer, approx. memory size, and the name of the telecom
program you are using.

     Also, what sort of 'call up' are you talking about. For example, do
you want your computer to act like a kind of bulletin board system or to
receive faxes?
