I don't think this is possible because there are no bidirectional parallel
interfaces for the Apple II. The only possible way is MAYBE a
bidirectional serial to parallel converter.
Regular Apple II parallel cards are output only...so if you "print" to the
Wintel, the Wintel normally can take a chunk of info but then must pause
for some usec to process the data...in products like LapLink, the
Wintel sends a sinal back through the parallel cable to the other computer
telling it to pause the transfer for a while. This can't happen if the
Apple II is that other computer...the Apple II will swamp the Wintel...
