I find that the GIMP lacks the tools and flexibility that I need for a 
PS-like program. Don't get me wrong, the GIMP is a good start, and 
it might evolve into something very useful, but it isn't there yet!

I have StarOffice 4.0. I'm not impressed, Very primitive. 

So where is the Illustrator-like program?

Where is the PageMaker/QuarkXpress-like program.

They are really needed for Linux to be useful to me.
