BRCC disks (was re:Apple II and IIGS Freeware Development Concepts

What would be the legal status of uploading Shrinkit archives of the
contents of BRCCs disks to Ground or Caltech? I have at least twenty of
their disks. Now that their gone, I don't thing they'd mind if I put it
up, but I don't want to be labeled a pirate or thief like Rubywand or
Dr. Tom.

BTW I do NOT have HS38 & 39. I didn't have HyperCard until it was too
late to get more disks from their collection.
