Seems to vary. Some BRCC-specific disks like many clip art disk by
the former BRCC member Michael Weixel, are copyrighted by him and it may
be a good idea contact him first. Many disks contain usual PD without
restrictions. A few disks contain software which is copyrighted by
other authors. The Rocky Smith stacks seem to belong to this category,
with the exception of the castle which is reclassified as freeware
according to Joe Kohn and available on ftp.uni-kl.de

It may be a good idea to have a look at the included ReadMe files first
before you upload any disks.
