I don't feel like digging through my Apple II publications archive, but
Big Red Computer Club had some programs that they said wouldn't work on
a ROM 3. It was in their newsletter Scarlet.

As for the ROM 3, it was a ROM 3 with no cards in it at all, so slot 4
WAS set to mouse port instead of your card.
