Ask Compaq, Gateway and all the other vendors why they haven't bundled
Navigator? I have seen statements from MS in print that they didnt want
"extra' icons on the desktop because they wanted every user to have the
"same" windows experience.

The court should have fined MS a billion dollars the last time instead
of just having them sign a paper saying they would be bad again.
Obviously MS had no intention of playing fair, ethical or legal.
