As far as I can tell without running some benchmarks performance
*appears* to be 1:1.

applepc, if they haven't deleted the emulator off your iPad / disabled it

Or, Windows 3.1 allegedly runs. Then you can run Apple II Oasis,
although it's shareware.

If you JB your ipad/iphone you can get the dos emulator but win 3.1 is slooooow on my ipad.. not usable imho.
