Do you have a modem (or even just a serial card) for that IIe? If you do,
you can easily modem the files over to the Mac. If you have just a
serial card, you can do a "null modem" cable. If you have a 3.5" drive
for the IIe, you can transfer the files via disk.
If you go the modem or null modem route, you'll need a good telcom
program like Proterm http://www.intec.com/ from Intrec.
