Help needed

I still have an apple IIe whith whom some years ago made a data base
in a 5 1/2 diskette. it is possible to convert thos files in
a different format for MAC ???
I'm not an Apple guru, so if you have suggestion or you may know who can do
that conversion is highly appreciated.
