There is the Second Sight card for the GS.  It is available from
http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems.  It implements
SVGA modes (24-bit colors...up to 1024x768 resolutions...your
standard Mac/Wintel stuff) and the old GS modes too and can
display them to a (S)VGA monitor.  It will even work with the
standard GS RGB monitor, with some restrictions...
