So I visited the Apple page this afternoon to see what the promised big announcement was to be. It turned out to be the Imac, a web appliance/G3 Powermac to sell for $1300. Yawn. One thing I noticed was that there's hype about a package called Appleworks for it. As I suspected, that's the new name for Clarisworks since Claris got renamed.
