The ApplePC Apple ][, //e, and //c emulator for MS-DOS is the best one
I've found. It runs great under a Win95 DOS session. I'm not sure about
NT. Get version 2.52b from the site listed below. (Hopefully David
Ellsworth will add his final features someday and we'll have the perfect
emulator of all time!)

  ftp.apple.asimov.net has all the Apple emu's and a bunch of good disk
images.
