The usual way to handle such files is on the GS rather than the
Mac. The utility to use is ShrinkIt or GS-ShrinkIt ("GSHK").

.sdk is a Shrinked disk file-- probably a 5.25" DOS 3.3 disk
.shk is a standard ShrinkIt 'archive' file-- probably a bunch of ProDOS
files
.bxy is an .shk file with a Binary II prefix

If your Mac has some utility to deal with ProDOS you can put the
files on an 800k ProDOS diskette and move them to your GS. There you can
use ShrinkIt to unShrink the files. If any file contains stuff intended
specifically to run only on a GS, you may need to use GS-ShrinkIt on
that file.

One piece of information that will help with getting suggestions is
your GS's memory size ...

When you first start up your GS, what ROM version is indicated near the
bottom of the screen?

After starting System 5.0, when you are viewing the Finder, press
OpenApple-Control-Escape-- all three keys at the same time to get to the
Desk Accessories menu. ("OpenApple" is the key with the Apple outline.)

Use arrow keys to highlight Control Panel and press RETURN.

Now, highlight RAM Disk and press RETURN.

What is the "Largest Selectable" number shown?
