New Epson Printer Compatability?

Epson now has a Color Stylus 800 printer (around $350) that has optional
(more money) Postscript L2 and Localtalk.

Assuming the Postscript and Localtalk were purchased with the printer,
would I be able to print to the Stylus 800 using the networked Laserwriter
drivers in GSOS 6.01?  Or am I just dreaming?

I do not live anywhere near a place where I could "see" one of these
printers, let alone try out the above configuration.
