Try looking at the Interactive Fiction (text adventures to the layman) archive
at ftp.gmd.de:/if-archive/infocom/interpreters. In it there's a subdirectory
called appleII containing Apple // interpreters. 

Just taking a quick look now, there seems to be two available... the
GNO.infocom and infocompro packages.

So you'd just need to get one of those, uncompress it, and load the Infocom
gamefile into your Apple // and be able to play it immediately.
