Help! 5.25 disk "images" to 800k 3.5?

Hello,

I recently acquired an Apple //c+ (the one with the 3.5 drive) that had
no software with it..Is there a way to get a disk image of a 5.25 disk
(like from Asimov) and use Bernie ][ or Gus(or any emulator) to mount
that image, and somehow copy what's on the "disk" to a real 3.5 inch
Prodos-formatted disk, that I may put it in the //c+ and will work???
Maybe there's a utility for this??? ANY help is greatly appreciated
