Nitpick.  There is another way to use MFM 5.25" disk drives on Apple
IIs.  Use a BlueDisk controller card from ///SHH Systeme (Joachim
Lange).  This card allows you to hook up 360k & 1.2M 5.25" drives and
720k, 1.44M & 2.88M 3.5" drives.
