Thanks for all the info everybody...I'm happy to find out that it most likely
wasn't some flaky hardware.  I have one more question about the ROM 0 to ROM 1
upgrade though.  I only replaced the ROM chip itself, and I have heard that in
some ROM 0 machines you have to replace the VGC also.  Can you test the VGC to
see if it needs to be upgraded, or???
