Memory Card???

Just upgraded my original ROM 0 machine last night to a ROM 1 ( one chip
upgrade !? )...and also added a fully populated
SirusRam card (8 meg)...everything seems to work fine, as the GS
recognizes all 8 megs on the board, and the fact that I upgraded
the ROM; however I'm having problems with some of my software.

For example, the orig system disk that came with the GS, which includes
Finder 1.1 crashes after it tries to boot the desktop.  Some other
bootable diskette's do the same thing, mostly the ones that try to boot
an earlier version of GS/OS...which I'm assuming Finder 1.1 is part of?

Prodos 8 & 16 diskette's seem to boot fine.  Is there a problem with the
early GS software and the ROM 1, or the memory card?
Anyone have anything similar happen to them?  Any insights would be
appreciated...No other cards are in the GS at the present, just the
memory card itself.
