*More* proven piracy on asimov, supporters are liars

   Once again, this goes to prove the ask FIRST before allowing
downloads policy that *should* be done if the site is to have any
respect for the law. If the admins of asimov allowed that file to be
downloaded, they're either (1) too stupid to know what's currently
published, or (2) maliciously wanting to allow everyone to pirate
until they get caught and then try and cover it up. Either way, that's
a bad strike against them, and they should be forced to pay damages to
Intrec for lost sales, and change their policy to an 'ask first'. 

   Not asking first is firstly *illegal*, and also impolite,
unethical, and just plain wrong. But, we are dealing with pirates
here, and they'll lie like crazy to try and pass themselves off as
legitimate when evidence after evidence shows their true character:
they want to rip off Apple II developers and steal their software. Do
not tolerate them, do not allow their lies to continue.
