Not if you have a ROM 3 (it runs in slots 1-6 on a ROM 3). Sequential
says there IS a way to use the Second Sight with the VOC. You have
to get a VGA -> NTSC (PAL for non-N.A.) converter box to translate
the Second Sight's output to the VOC's input...
