Get a Binscii decoder, such as BSC-It or Binscii 1.0.4 or GSCII+.

And yes, as Nathan said, .bsc's are not necessarily disks but files;
I thought I'd 'name names' of decoders in case the author wasn't webbed
(those with email/newsgroups are not necessarily wired, see various
users of Fidonet's Apple Echo for proof).
