Cypress Semi's CY7C199PC is a plastic 28-pin DIP 32k x 8 SRAM. I
guess the ATT7C199P is pretty much the same chip from another maker.
It should work well as a 32k RAM chip on a TransWarp so long as
physical size is correct. (All of the CYC7C199PC DIP IC's are 300 mil,
'skinny' packages.)
