Talking is not actually doing something like programming, or building 
something hardware...You aren't building, but exchanging information....

This is good!  People can talk until they reach an idea that everyone 
really likes, and then maybe someone will build or program.  There is a 
planning stage in things like this.

One thing that will slow or stop this planning stage is people sticking 
"you'll never do it...your just a cheerleader" posts, and being nuisances. 
 Then the whole "conversation" switches subjects, from ideas to flames.
