Most likely on an obscure hard disk shelved deep in the bowels of a
building in Cupertino, long forgotten by the company that the A2 built.

David posted an explanation of how it uses special features of the
Apple High Speed SCSI to stuff super-hires frames into video mem
without CPU interaction.  He does not think it will work with the RF,
but he does say something slower can probably be written for the
RF card.

The DreamVision program was never released.  The one existing demo
of a video created by it is freeware.  I think it is in the demo section of
the ftp servers.
