Actually, I think Hasbro got the computer line with all the rights to
the video games (within the past week). I am interested in this deal.
It doesn't sound like Hasbro is going to revive any of the consoles or
the Lynx. I wish the Lynx would be revived. I could see this
handheld being quite popular running old Apple II game titles (if any
companies could be persuaded to re-release these games on the Lynx). I
don't know how hard it would be to port these games but the Lynx does
use a 16MHz 65c02 processor as well as some 16-bit custom graphics
hardware.
I'd buy a cartridge with several classic Apple II games on it.
However, I'm not sure everyone would pay for these games again just
because of their portability.
