It ain't gonna happen with ProDOS.  HFS however, is possible, but you'll need 
all the contents pre-set up on an HFS SCSI hard drive, and a copy of CeQuadrat 
WinOnCD v3.0 or higher (preferably 3.5).  With that drive hooked up to the PC, 
WinOnCD can burn HFS or hybrid CDs.
