I believe it was only a prototype.  I had an opportunity to buy the
prototype version from an Applied Ingenuity employee.  He was selling
a IIc+ with a C-VUE and the internal 20MB hard drive for $1000.  Out
of my price range...but sure would have been neat.  I later bought
a CT-40c for $50 and tried jamming it into a //c, but I'm not much
of a hardware hacker so I gave up.  I have since sold the CT-40c. :(
