Shareware Solutions II does and I think Juiced.GS does as well. Most
Apple users groups are also licensed to distribute the disks as well
as most Apple computer stores (you might need to fight with them to
get Apple II disks though).
I do believe there are other places to get the system disks as well.
I know Genie and Delphi have them.
Besides, if you get Steve Cavanaugh's modem disk, then you can
download the disks off Apple's site to your net computer then null
modem them to your Apple II. That is, after all, the reason that
modem disk exists. :-)
