Hmmm...Well, I have a local .mime-types which handles .bxy and .shk, and
the lynx 2.7 configuration file implies that the local .mime-types
settings should override the ones at the system level.  I also have Lynx
2.7 loaded into my account, rather than running it off of /usr/bin.  I
will mention it to the sysadmin, though, and see if I can get any action
there...
